Returns & Refunds
Unopened Items
Unopened, undamaged items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Opened or Used Items
Due to the nature of research compounds, opened items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Q.When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 1pm GMT on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.
Q.Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available at this time. We are working to expand our delivery regions.
Q.How is my order tracked?
All orders are sent with a tracked, signed-for service. A signature will be required upon delivery. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor progress and arrange to be available.
Q.What if my order arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and contents. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Q.Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Address changes can only be made before dispatch. Please contact us immediately via the contact page if you need to update your delivery details.
Q.What happens if I miss my delivery?
As all deliveries require a signature, if you are not available the courier will leave a card with redelivery or collection instructions. Most carriers will attempt delivery twice before returning the parcel to a local depot for collection.
